I have compiled and tested UAE 0.8.28 on the XO. The archive is available here:

Either cd into the directory and type "make install" or simply copy the file "uae" to your /usr/bin directory. Be sure to read the documentation in the docs directory.

You will need to supply your own ROM image files, as well as disk ADFs. I have tested it with several games including Superfrog, Brian the Lion AGA, Shadow of the Beast III. Everything runs a bit slow, but sound and music play pretty well when the screen doesn't change much.

Oh yes, if your sound doesn't work, type the following BEFORE you run uae:

su
modprobe snd-pcm-oss
uae
