Gettys on Kernels

Jim Gettys, OLPC Vice President for Software Engineering is looking for OLPC coders. If you are

  • able to write and debug Linux kernels and drivers and do power management debugging, with a secret desire to develop very fast suspend/resume, better OOM behavior for Linux, and state of the art networking
  • - or -

  • enjoy performance and memory analysis of current OLPC applications and general Linux environments and can track down problems and improve OLPC community tools
OLPC is looking for you. There is a preference for local Boston-area experts, but if you're the best in your field and a good fit, yet not in Boston, you still have a chance.
